Questions organizations ask

We have an idea but no infrastructure. Is that too early?

That is often the best time. Decisions about structure, documentation and staffing are far cheaper to make before launch than to unpick afterwards.

Can you help with licensing or funding approval?

We can help you build the operational foundation and documentation. We do not provide government licensing, legal approval, accreditation or regulatory certification, and we will point you to the right body where that is what you need.

Do you work on pilots as well as full programs?

Yes. A well-designed pilot with clear measures is usually a better first step than a full launch, and it is much easier to fund.
