At Help Now, we pride ourselves in retaining professional caregivers. We ensure our staff team members conduct themselves in a professional, ethical, accountable, and reliable manner at all times adhering to Help Now Healthcare policies and procedures. After a comprehensive screening and hiring process (including health and vulnerable sector police screening), performance evaluation, appropriate facility orientation. We provide all of our employees with on-going education, training, and reflective workshops.
