Healthcare staffing

Request healthcare staff

Send us the site, the roles and the shifts. You will get a straight answer on what we can actually cover — including the parts we cannot — and a written rate before anyone is scheduled.

Consulting and advisory inquiries use the same form. Choose that option at the top and it reaches the advisory team instead of the staffing desk.

The desk is answered 24/7. If the shift is tonight, phone rather than email.

What to include, so we can answer properly

  • The site. Address, and the unit or floor if it matters.
  • The roles. RN, RPN, PSW, or a mix — and tell us if you are unsure, because the mix is worth a conversation.
  • The shifts. Dates, times, and whether this is a single shift, a recurring line, a block booking or vacancy cover.
  • The start date, and how firm it is.
  • Anything unusual. Outbreak status, a lift you need someone trained on, a documentation system, a language that would help.
  • Who to call, and who can approve a rate.

Consulting & Advisory

Beyond filling shifts, we help healthcare and community organizations strengthen the systems underneath them — governance, workforce processes, documentation, operations, quality and new programs.

Send your request

One form covers both sides of the business. Tell us at the top whether this is a staffing request or a consulting and advisory inquiry, and it goes to the right team — the staffing-only questions drop away if they do not apply to you.

Tell us which team you need

Answer the first question and the form adapts to it. Staffing requests go to the coordination desk; consulting and advisory inquiries go to the advisory team.
This tells us which team should pick it up. Staffing questions and consulting inquiries go to different people.
City and province or state. We use this to route your request to the right coordinator.
An approximate number is fine — we will work out the detail on the call.
Unit, shift times, certifications required, and anything about the patients or residents a worker should know before accepting.

What happens after you send it

  1. A coordinator reads it, not an inbox rule. If something is missing or the mix looks wrong for the population, we ask before quoting.
  2. You get a written rate. One hourly bill rate per role and shift type, with premiums stated up front. No separate lines for screening, statutory costs or coordination.
  3. Confirmation means a named person. Not an intention to find one. If we cannot cover a shift, you hear that immediately.
  4. Orientation before the first shift. Site-specific, on top of the training every worker already holds.
  5. One number afterwards. Call-outs, replacements and escalations go to a coordinator, 24/7.
