Professional Conduct
All services are delivered with professionalism, respect, and ethical responsibility. Our staff are expected to follow established care standards and organizational policies at all times.
Qualified & Trained Staff
We engage caregivers who are screened, trained, and appropriately qualified. Ongoing support and supervision help ensure quality and consistency in service delivery.
Service Delivery & Responsiveness
We make reasonable efforts to meet scheduling needs and respond to client inquiries in a timely manner. Communication is maintained to address concerns and provide updates when appropriate.
Care Planning & Monitoring
Services are guided by care plans where applicable. We conduct periodic reviews and maintain communication with clients and families to support care quality.
Scope of Services
Help Now Healthcare provides non-clinical and clinical support services based on staff qualifications and regulatory requirements.
- Personal Support Workers (PSWs):
Provide assistance with personal care, mobility, companionship, and daily activities. - Nursing Staff (where applicable):
Provide clinical care within their regulated scope of practice.
All services are delivered in accordance with applicable scope of practice requirements.
Non-regulated staff do not perform controlled or restricted medical acts.
Safety & Risk Management
We prioritize safety in all aspects of care delivery, including:
- Infection prevention and control practices
- Incident reporting and follow-up procedures
- Emergency response protocols (including contacting emergency services when required)
- Awareness of environmental risks within the home
Privacy & Confidentiality
We are committed to protecting personal health information in accordance with Ontario privacy laws.
- Information is handled confidentially
- Access is limited to authorized individuals
- Information is shared based on consent and care requirements
Client & Family Role
